Make the Commitment

Different positions and roles within the camp staff team require different commitments from those applying to join us. Part time and specialty positions can be Monday through Friday, or weekend heavy. Our seasonal positions for the summer staff team are the most commitment intensive. Our summer counselor team lives and works at camp for the season, providing youth with supervision and life-changing experiences for the duration in which the campers join us. This immersive experience is both one of the most challenging and most rewarding experiences a staff member can have with us.
