Cabins

After a day of teambuilding, our cabins offer a place of peace and reflection. All cabins are climate-controlled and offer clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations with a rustic charm.

Need to catch up on email or check in with the office? Each cabin provides Wi-Fi. You will feel right at home with en-suite individual bathrooms and shower facilities, and front and back porches complete with rocking chairs for relaxing or engaging in conversation while enjoying the outdoors.

Our 24 cabins are fully configurable for your group’s needs. Each cabin sleeps up to 17 in a bunkroom layout — or the space can be divided into 48 individual, private rooms, ideal for groups that prefer more personal space during multi-day stays.

All cabins include on-site laundry facilities — a practical convenience for extended retreats.

Accessibility

Many of our facilities are accessible and transportation is available across the property if needed. Each cabin village has one accessible bathroom. Please contact us at 936-594-2274 for more information on accommodations.

The Dining Hall

The dining hall view is as impressive as our chef-inspired meals. Our dining space offers 12,200 square feet, seating up to 350 guests at a time, with an additional 3,500 square feet of covered porch space — ideal for receptions, networking breaks, or casual evening gatherings.

Our chef prepares fresh, chef-inspired meals with customization available for your group. Coffee, tea, a full salad bar, and snack options are included throughout your stay. All dietary needs and food allergies can be accommodated — share your group’s requirements when booking and our team will take care of the rest.

The dining hall is Wi-Fi enabled and equipped with A/V capabilities, making it suitable for working lunches, informal team sessions, or group announcements.

WT & Louise J. Moran Health Center

We are committed to the wellbeing and safety of every guest at Camp Cullen. Our on-site WT & Louise J. Moran Health Center is fully equipped to support multi-day group stays and handle common medical needs and emergency response.

Our team members are trained in first aid, CPR, and AED use, and the health center is stocked and ready to respond to guest needs throughout your retreat.

The Weekley Chapel

Looking for a venue for your keynote presentation, worship service, team ceremony, or all-hands session? The Weekley Chapel offers a stunning outdoor setting that no conference room can match.

The chapel seats up to 400 guests at a time. The stage measures approximately 10 x 18 feet, with steps spanning the full width and side access via a separate stairway, and is equipped with full A/V capabilities.

The natural backdrop of the camp grounds creates a memorable and unique environment for group gatherings of any kind — from large keynote sessions to intimate closing ceremonies.

Arts and Science Center

The Carolyn and Clark Baker Arts & Science Center is one of Camp Cullen’s most versatile event spaces for groups.

Four fully equipped classrooms, each seating 15–20, make it ideal for breakout sessions, workshops, training modules, and small group discussions — all in one dedicated building.

The adjacent covered outdoor pavilion seats up to 300 guests and includes full A/V capabilities. A popular choice for group dinners, evening receptions, and outdoor presentations, the pavilion combines the energy of an outdoor setting with the functionality of a fully equipped venue.

Together, the classrooms and pavilion create a flexible event campus — perfect for multi-track retreats that need both breakout and large-group spaces.

Hamman Ranch at Camp Cullen

The Hamill Foundation Equestrian Center at Hamman Ranch offers 30,000 square feet of lighted arena space, including a covered portion — one of the most well-equipped equestrian facilities available for group retreats in the region.

The facility includes bleacher seating for viewing, ten covered stalls, a tack room, feed room, a classroom in the breezeway with a projector screen, office space, storage, and restrooms. The arena can be divided into sections for multiple groups to ride simultaneously.

Equestrian programming is available for groups of all experience levels — from complete beginners to experienced riders. Whether your group is looking for a fun team-building trail ride, a competitive arena session, or a full day of horsemanship activities, our team will design a custom program for you.
