Fuel For Your Camper
YMCA Camp Cullen serves three well-balanced meals each day for our campers along with a mid-afternoon snack. Balancing the nutritious and delicious, our family-style meals have a variety of choices. A salad bar is available to campers at lunch and dinner, while at breakfast, a cereal and fruit bar is available to go along with the hot meal options from the kitchen. Even the pickiest eater can find something to fuel them. Our counselors have a watchful eye for campers not eating enough and make sure to make accommodations with the kitchen to ensure they find something nutritious to eat.
Allergies and Special Dietary Needs
Rest assured, if your child has a special dietary requirement, we will find the solution that ensures they are well fueled for all the fun to be had at camp!
YMCA Camp Cullen is 100 percent peanut free.
If your child has special dietary needs, please be sure to notify us so that we can meet their individual needs while they are at camp. Dietary needs and allergies become more and more common every year, and so with it expands our summer camp menu and accommodations. We haven’t met a request we can’t honor yet, so please feel encouraged to inform us of your camper’s specific needs.

Community Dining and Traditions
The dining hall is more than just a place to eat; it’s a place to enhance the camping experience through cheers, songs and fun with fellow campers.
Meals at camp are never just about consumption of tasty food, they also feed the soul. Music, laughter, singing, cheering, chanting, and even some conversation mixed in, all give your camper an incredible mealtime experience full of fun. It’s a simple game, but which camp can be loudest always tests even the sturdiest eardrum.
